Our home state is Missouri. We love to go fishing at Sardis Lake. We enjoy sharing our home with others so they can experience the peaceful and quiet location while only being a short drive to the lake, Ole Miss activities, or city life of Batesville or Memphis.

Our home is conveniently located just off of I-55 and only 4 miles from Sardis Lake. It is surrounded by large tall timber where we have seen deer and turkeys in the yard. Sitting off of Mississippi 315 allows easy location and access for single vehicle travelers or a group of fishermen and their boats. Circle drive allows easy access in and out of the property.

Country Cottage is a large spacious home that has a lot to offer. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two decks located out back from kitchen where guests can relax on the patio furniture and enjoy a quiet wooded atmosphere. There is plenty of room for friends and family to move around freely. Main level bedrooms are large with walk in closets. An office space (free wifi provided) has been added upstairs for those needing room to work. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes needed to cook a delicious meal even for a large group. A Coffee bar is available for guest to enjoy during their stay. A gas grill is located on the covered back deck for guests to use (bring your own #20 propane tank).
