Upon entering this multi-level home away from home, you will discover beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, plenty of windows flooding the open floor plan with natural light, and gorgeous artwork throughout. Spend tranquil and entertaining evenings in the welcoming living area, furnished with a huge sectional and armchairs. Spread out comfortably and stream favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV (streaming only). The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go. This level also grants you access to an extensive deck with plenty of comfy seating where you can enjoy the breeze and create everlasting memories with your guests.

The lower level enjoys a secluded family room with another smart TV, a mini fridge to store beverages and treats, a storage closet with a washer/dryer, a plethora of entertaining books and board games, and access to a covered paved patio.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
