Our apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard so that we can offer you the privacy and seclusion of your own home in the very center of London.

London's foremost attractions, the city's best theaters as well as a wide variety of shops and boutiques
Added to this an array of renowned restaurants and trendy bistros all within easy reach of the apartment.

Covent Garden itself is surrounded by many of London's leading cultural venues, leading museums, the National Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery as well as the Royal Opera House itself.

Another excellent stay in this flat.

I have returned to this flat many times over the years. The location is excellent, the flat is comfortable with everything you need (including washer with separate drier). The owners are lovely and very responsive.

Another great stay in this perfectly located flat.

I have stayed in this comfortable and well laid out flat many times over the years. It’s location in the heart of the theatre district is walkable to everything London has to offer. The owners are excellent hosts with great communication.

Fantastic Theatre District Location

Perfect, as always!

We've stayed at Patrick's apartments on several visits and it has always been an ideal location. Both wonderfully clean and well-equipped and, being situated just off of Leicester Square, within an easy walk (even for us seniors) of most sites we want to visit. Hard to imagine a better stopover residence.

We had a fantastic stay. The property is accurately described and even better than the pictures show. Right in the heart of the action but nary a noise once you get inside. It's private, comfortable and well supplied. Excellent value.

Pricy, but well worth it

Apartment itself fully and tastefully furnished. All a visitor's needs met. Location, just off Leicester Square, is as good as you can get in central London. In short this is truly a high value for cost.

Fine place to stay in central London

We found this excellent accommodation in all respects. Location is top…most London attractions walkable. The flat was super clean, well equipped and very quiet particularly considering the location. Communication with Patrick and the check-in process was easy. The flat exceeded our expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a central London break.

A week in Covent Garden

I loved my week in Patrick's flat.It has everything you need and the best location with Leicester Square and Covent Garden tube stations literally around the corner, Patrick is a great communicator and you know from the minute you book you're in good hands. Outstanding Location

Patrick clearly communicated arrival instructions, met us upon our arrival and set us up to go for our 10 day stay.This place is perfectly located as you can either walk to a number of the main attractions or make the 2 minute walk to the Tube or bus to get to wherever else you want to go in London. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby or the kitchen has all you need if you want to stay in. As you are in the theater district there are no shortage of entertainment options. This place was a perfect fit for us!

Location location location!

This is a clean, no-frills apartment in the very best location possible. We appreciated having more space than a hotel room and loved the location. SoHo, Chinatown, leister square, Piccadilly, Covent Garden all within a couple blocks. Don’t hesitate to book this property. The listing confused us because it mentioned a hot tub but it doesn’t have one in the building or unit- just a note for the owner to adjust.

Hands down the best place to stay

The property is close to transportation making it really easy to get around. Although it is central you close the outer window and the inner window and you have no street noise. Plenty of restaurants /coffee shops close by. Chris and Patrick were excellent to deal with. Properly was clean and spacious and the washer/dryer were a bonus. The lobby could use some TLC but the unit itself is incredible. An upgraded space with a fantastic location.

wonderful week in Soho, London

This property is tip-top with all the conveniences of Home and an ideal location for a couple. During our week's stay we did a lot of walking and among other things went for an official guided tour of the Square Mile, a canal boat ride visit to a canal boat museum, and the British Airways Heritage Centre. The location of the apartment is spot on and you could save a lot by eating at home some of the time. Restaurants, Theaters, and Grocery stores are on your doorstep. The Seven Dials area is also right next door. All communications with the owner were spot on and this is our second stay in this location. You will not go wrong in staying at this location.

Perfect Holiday Apartment

This apartment could not be better located in Central London. Leicester Square Tube Station was just over 100m away. This location is full of restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. A grocery store is nearby. It is only a short walk to all the tourist attractions and theatres of Central London. The apartment very comfortably accommodates 2 guests. It is roomy, clean and well appointed with all the glassware, cutlery and crockery we could use. There is a dish washer, a washing machine and a dryer. The double glazing on the windows eliminated almost all outside noise. This is the best holiday apartment we have used in the UK. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Another Great Stay!!

I arrived in London to celebrate my daughter's graduation and my time couldn't have been better! Having this property as my home base was perfect!! Patrick and his wife are always so responsive and so hospitable, and I appreciate how easy it is too book with them. The apartment is in the BEST location, close to everything you need to enjoy your time in London! There are restaurants nearby, Tube stops, theaters, shopping, and plenty of sights to see! You can walk to so many things! The apartment is clean, the bed is so comfortable, and there is even a washer and dryer available, so you don't have to pack as much! The kitchen is great, in case you want to cook in, but I always find it tough with so many great restaurants nearby! : ) There is also a TV with many viewing options so that was always nice to have when unwinding after my long days out and about. This is my second time staying in Patrick's apartment and I have a feeling it won't be my last! It is definitely my first choice when visiting London! Thank you Patrick for another great stay!!

Emplacement exceptionnel

Excellent accueil même si notre avion avait une heure de retard.On avait préparé le divan-lit tel que convenu.L’appartement est équipé de façon incroyable ,même les papiers mouchoirs ,le savon main et tout ce que vous pouvez avoir besoin pour cuisiner. Très propre ! Une tablette dans la douche serait appréciée car on doit mettre notre savon et shampoing par terre . La seule chose qui m’a un peu dérangé ce sont les tapis de la chambre et du salon .Si on mettait ces deux pièces sur le bois comme le reste ce serait un appartement parfait . Je vais le recommander à mes amis c’est certain !

Perfect Location

What can I say, this apartment hits all the marks - location; price; perfect for 2 people and although central, once those windows are closed, it is very quiet. We've just returned to Australia having spent 3wks way - 7 nights of which at this apartment that is central to everything. Comfortable apartment, comfortable bed, lovely linen and toweling. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend
