Guest access
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom penthouse, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Guests also enjoy shared amenities in the Tyra Summit 2 complex, including an indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a welcoming clubhouse with additional communal facilities.

Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025.

Outdoor Hot tub hours: 10am – 10pm.

Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
