This unique and private property offers something for all ages. Great for large groups and entertaining.
There are 2 cabins onsite. Total of 12 separate beds, with 7 sepearate bedrooms, sleeps 12 adults and 6 kids.
There is more than enough room for everyone in your group to have their own space.
Your family and friends will enjoy time together in privacy on this extremely private lot on beautiful Island Lake in northern MN.

There are two cabins on the property that are situated very close together so you will not be far from your friends and family, making this site perfect for groups.

Description:
The 2-level main cabin has 5 bedrooms.
Upstairs: Bedroom#1 Queen bed. #2 Queen bed.
Downstairs: Bedroom #3 one queen bed. Bedroom #4, one queen bed and built in bunk with twin beds. Bedroom #5, one queen bed and built in bunk with twin beds.
The main cabin has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room and open floor plan with large outdoor deck space.
The guest cabin offers 2 bedrooms.
#1 queen bed.
#2 has a build in twin over full bunk and also a separate twin bed.
There is 1 bathroom upstairs, with a kitchenette and cozy living room/dining room area.
Each cabin has a gas fireplace.
The downstairs of the guest cabin features a separate entrance with a full game room for hours of fun. This area makes a great teen hangout.
Both cabins offer spacious decks overlooking the lake, making it easy for you relax and enjoy the sounds of birds chirping outdoors.
The outdoor firepit is near the main cabin and overlooking the lake for you to enjoy campfires under the stars. Firewood is provided.

Property includes multiple play structures and even a slide and climbing wall coming from the deck on the main cabin that will be sure to delight the kids.
There is ample outdoor parking on property to easily accommodate several cars.
The home is well appointed with anything you may need on your vacation. New appliances with gas range. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, dinnerware, and entertaining essentials. Kuerig Duo coffee maker will accommodate ground coffee or kuerig cups. Two outdoor grills and a Blackstone griddle will make cooking for your group a breeze. There is also a crock pot, indoor griddle, food processor/blender, electric tea pot and more.
Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, hair dryer, soaps and shampoos for your convenience.
Washer and dryer available for your use as well.
Bedrooms have plenty of cozy blankets, fresh sheets and pillows for a comfortable nights sleep.
Smart TV's are located in living room, primary bedroom, main cabin downstairs, and game room.
WIFI available for you to sign in to your own streaming services.
Lake toys for the kids, lifejackets of all sizes and beach towels also provided. The beach area has two docks, a paddle boat, and 4 kayaks with paddles for your use.

Experience all that this quaint lake area has to offer across any season. The location is close to Park Rapids, Nevis, Dorset and Walker. Swim, fish and ice fish in the lake, bike the nearby heartland trail, look around the shops and restaurants in the nearby lake towns, golf, or explore the miles of AVT and snowmobile trails near the property. The headwaters of the Mississippi at Itasca State Park is 30 miles away and makes a great day trip.

Boat launch/public access is less than 1/2 a mile from the property. Bring your boat and water toys and tie them to one of the 2 docks on the property to enjoy them during your stay.
Many ATV and Snowmobile trails near the property. You can get to the trails right from the property!
Island Lake is a great lake for fishing and ice fishing, and wild life making it a great getaway all year round.
