Just what I needed

Perfect and peaceful. Beautifully maintained and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The screened in pool and patio is a perfect oasis to relax in and the backyard just outside the screened area is huge! This was a work and not enough play staycation for me and my pup, but we were so very comfortable in this spacious and clean home that is close to just about anything you could possibly need. The homeowner is amazing, very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Like home

Our stay was one of comfort and fun. We had all the comforts and familiarities of home waiting and immediately found ourselves settled in with ease. There was plenty of space for our family of six and lots of storage for our clothing and homeschool supplies for our four kids. The kitchen had all needed and much more for the meals we prepped. The rooms had more than enough closet and furniture space for our things. We played board games from the game closet and had plenty of fun. The garage had a line of cruisers for the whole family to cycle around the beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and well organized. The pool was a place for fun and laughter and the surrounding lights around were very nice at night when swimming and grilling. There was more than enough comfortable outdoor furniture for our big family when playing in the pool. We found all one would need for a comfortable and memorable stay awaiting us. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with and quick with any questions and very thoughtful. Overall, our stay was a great one and without any complaints or concerns. Grateful for our time.

My husband and two daughters are from the suburbs of Chicago. We moved to Cape Coral when my youngest graduated high school. We love swimming, boating, and hanging out with our dog.

We live only 2 miles away and love this neighborhood because of the beautiful homes, bike path, and it being close to several great restaurants, Keg & Cow, Paradise Deli, Starbucks, Torched.

What makes this property unique

Not just the great layout of the home, pool, patio, private back yard, we have all the extras inside too. All you need to bring is a few personal items and you'll have everything else you need a more like beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, games and bikes.
