Newly renovated Beautiful Condo!! Great location! Close to Beach and Boardwalk!!!
Come relax and enjoy. We are right down the street from Morey's Pier and only a few blocks from North Wildwood. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, you are in the middle of all the major attractions that Wildwood has to offer!! Walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping!!
This 2nd floor condo is in Great condition and offers an open floor plan/living area with attractive hardwood floors and plenty of windows & natural light and Central Air. Enjoy entertaining on your Large covered deck. The kitchen is stocked and has granite countertops, the table seats 8 plus an island with stools. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with TVs in each room, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room.
In addition to the front entry, there is also a rear entry which conveniently leads down to the rear yard and your assigned parking space. Beach Chairs and Beach Cart are also included.
Family friendly area.
We rent to families only.
No senior week, no groups, no proms, and no pets.
Must be 28 or older to rent.
We do not allow parents to sign leases for their children

Refunds only if the dates are re-rented
