We attened a conference at Rosen Shingle creek with our family. We were able to walk to the daily events as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is just as pictured. Very nicely decorated, clean, and a great location. The king bed was very comfy and we liked having the smaller pool right outside as it was never crowded. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and super quiet. We would stay here again.

Great Place!

This property was great! We are a family of 5 (kids age 14, 10, 8) and this place was a perfect landing spot for us. We appreciated having a kitchen and using the pool. It was very quiet when we were there which was so helpful for tired kids after walking the parks all day! We uber'd to both Disney and Universal parks from the Publix which was like a 3 min walk from this place. And The Diner was delicious! Our flight got delayed so we got in super early in the morning but had no problems accessing the place (all codes worked.) We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

Everything was great for our stay! Check-in & check-out were easy. Condo had all the essentials that we needed. The location is very convenient. There is everything you need in walking distance (grocery store, dunkin donuts, restaurants, and liquor store) Also, only a 10 minute drive to Universal!

Excellent choice for our family

This was a perfect fit four our family of five. It was so nice to have access to a kitchen, laundry, and pool; while still being so close to everything! Additionally having the grocery right next door helped when we realized there was a few “required” items that didn’t make it with us on the trip.

Great place and location to convention center

Had a great stay within walking distance to convention center. Place could use a few more kitchen supplies and dishwasher did not work well. I would also suggest bringing your own pillow! Overall though it was perfect for what we were looking for. Really convenient location and steps to Publix and one of the resort pools!

Great Family Home Away From Home

Property is located in the center of it all! Easily accessible from all directions! Plenty of space for my family of 6. When the internet went out, the property manager communicated to me before I even had a chance to talk to them. Everything was perfect!

Nice resort in a great location

We liked the location and the resort facilities. Walking distance to many dinner option including a grocery store. The condo is very nice, high ceilings, roomy and comfortable. We would think the condo would need some deeper cleaning (it need some) and few new more home touches.... We got help when we needed, not much communication?! We enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Overall very decent

Great location to Universal. Very roomy with three bedrooms and two baths. Decent kitchen, living room and eating area. Con: floors were filthy. Towels were basically rags. 2nd bathroom had band aids and hair in the drain creating a standing water situation.
