Welcome to Chateau Relaxo! The perfect lakefront house for family & friends to gather. (Pet Friendly!) Located on open water on the northwest lakeside, which is calm and great for swimming/floating. Close to the marina and some of the best fishing spots. The open floor plan is perfect for bringing everybody to gather, but there are plenty of rooms and beds to find a quiet place to read.

Newer home with clean, modern decor and furnishings. Two living room areas for gathering, watching movies, and playing games. Gorgeous lake views from all common areas. Back deck provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the most amazing sunsets in the evening.

Primary bedroom with King bed and sectional sofa. Second bedroom with queen bed. Third bedroom with two full-size bunkbeds. Small fourth bedroom with a twin bunk.
Primary bathroom located in primary bedroom has double sinks, jetted tub, and glass enclosed shower. Second bathroom has tub/shower and is located between queen bedroom and double-bunk room.

Amenities include updated kitchen loaded with all your cooking essentials, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, gas grill, wood fire pit, badminton/volleyball net, 52" TV, Direct TV, WiFi, tubes, kayak, paddleboard, bikes, basketball net, games/puzzles. Minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants.

Bring your swimsuits and grab one of the many provided lake toys to float your cares away. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for morning strolls, a quick jog, or a bike ride around the lake peninsula (two bikes available). The shaded back yard makes for a perfect game of volleyball, badminton, or cornhole!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all blinds when you leave. Place all used sheets and blankets in laundry room or on bedroom floor.
Brush off outdoor cushions and bring them inside below living room windows Leave front porch light on when you leave Pick up dog waste and throw out in outdoor garbage Hang all life jackets in garage
Return tubes/kayaks/lawn toys/fishing poles to garage Clean out ashes/unburnt wood from fire pit and throw out in outdoor trash. Replace covers on grill and fire pit. Take trash cans on curb of road
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No FIREWORKS on property.
If police are called out to property or neighbors make a noise complaint, guests will be required to immediately leave with no refund.
Do not disable or move security cameras.
