With two bedrooms on one level, a very large outdoor space, and a double garage,  this is a highly desirable end unit with only one attached wall.

Two bedroom, one bath 924 square feet with one king size bed and one queen size bed sleeps 4 Maximum. Both beds have Dr Oz and Lucid mattresses with best-selling memory foam toppers, down alternative comforter and pillows all protected with waterproof covers. Both bedrooms have luggage racks, ironing boards, extra blankets / extra pillows.

Comfortable living room with TV, gas fireplace. Free WiFi, cable Tv, heating, air conditioning, fans, keypad entry.

Enjoy the outdoor back patio space as well with a fig tree in back and an orange tree in the front. Laundry access to washer and dryer in bedroom with the queen size bed.

Bathroom shower is newly remodeled with free standing shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer and additional amenities.

Kitchen cabinets are newly painted with new appliances and features such as new faucet.
Dining area seats 4 and desk in the living room available for a workstation.
