Great location (0.9 miles from Ski resort) fit 9 adults without issue. Was cozy, so make sure you like everyone! LOL! We forgot the coffee but the place had really good coffee! Thank goodness! Washer/dryer was really nice to have as well. Easy check in process and exit procedure.

Thank you John. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
Pretty amazing condo up on the mountain, and a perfect spot to be near the village, but still feel tucked away back in a mountain retreat. I'd definitely stay here again!

Thank you Barbara for your nice compliments. It was a pleasure to host your family. Please come back to our beautiful mountain soon.
Probably one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. Perfectly equipped and impeccably decorated. Thorough instructions-excellent communication with the owner. My friend said "Buffy has it going on!" Shuttle worked perfectly and came within 15 min for morning ski and evening outings to and from village. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. It was a few minutes up to Schweitzer Village and about 25 minutes to get down the mountain. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. Communication from the host was prompt. Basic necessities were provided…just bring groceries!

The property was in excellent condition and nicely appointed. Check-in was very easy. All furnishings were new, and very comfortable. The large garage was a nice feature for not only our vehicle but also stowing our ski gear at the end of each day. We had four adults stay at the property over 7 nights. During our stay we experienced heavy snow fall that would have made access in and out of the property challenging, but a contracted snow plow service promptly kept the driveway, apron in front of the garage door and access roads clear. It was a short distance to the main ski village at Schweitzer. We would stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others who are interested in the Schweitzer resort. We were fortunate to have experienced significant new snow for skiing as well as a mix of bluebird days. All together, it was a perfect ski vacation. Compliments to the property owner and VRBO host.

Thank you for the wonderful review. We are so happy you had an enjoyable ski vacation and will welcome you back any time.
The townhome was clean, cozy, and well-appointed. It was just the right size for our two families and the kids loved staying together in the loft. We were very disappointed, however, that the shuttle service was not operating during our stay, as we chose this property due to it's accessibility to Schweitzer. It is not within walking distance to the lifts nor to a shuttle pick-up point and the "on-demand" shuttle service only operates on weekends and holidays. The situation was made even more difficult by the fact that one of our two vehicles' was unable to get out of the driveway for more than 24 hours due to road conditions (freeze/thaw). 4WD is highly recommended. We lost a lot of time on the hill and were not able to come and go as expected with 5 children in tow. The property manager was kind and communicative, but we wish the listing was more accurate.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and found the condo comfortable and suitable for your family. Unfortunately we have zero control over the weather and operation of the shuttle service.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
We recently stayed at this property and wanted to share our experience for future guests.Arrival was a bit rough. It was snowing when we arrived, and the road and driveway had not been plowed, which made access difficult. When we got inside, the house was only 40 degrees, so it took quite a while to warm up. Unfortunately, the living room never really felt warm during our stay.Parking is also extremely limited. The garage is definitely preferred, especially in snowy conditions, but if you have a tall SUV or truck you may not fit. We had to remove the roof rack from our Tahoe in order to clear the garage opening. There are a few layout details to be aware of. The loft on the top floor is where the kids’ bunk beds are located, and access is via a very narrow spiral staircase. The stairs are not fully secured to the metal support and shift when you walk on them. Because of how steep and narrow they are, I personally would not feel comfortable having kids sleep up there if they needed to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. Additionally, the fan in the main bathroom (which is right off the living room) is extremely loud. The house itself is a tight fit. I would not recommend it for more than a small family, as space is limited. One other note: the “shuttle” that is advertised is actually just the public/mountain shuttle, not a private or dedicated shuttle service. On a positive note, the home was clean upon arrival and was well stocked.

We are fully transparent in our listing. We provide the best service we can and are proud of our high ratings. Yours is unfair and false. You requested a change in dates with higher nightly rates. We waived the additional amount for you. There were more than 20 messages with you prior to and during your stay. We promptly communicated with you each time (day & night). You asked, "where is the hot tub". We never had a hot tub nor advertised one in our listing. Snowplows run twice per day when there is snowfall. The driveway had 3-4 inches on it at check in and was plowed soon after. If you vacation at a ski resort, expect to encounter snow. Snow is good. The listing clearly states that parking is limited to one vehicle in the garage with additional parking outside on a first come/first serve basis. The garage clearance is 96". A Tahoe is 76" (should fit). The 32" wide staircase clearly disclosed in the photos is safe with a gate at the top and is VERY SECURELY attached with 8 heavy duty bolts. It does NOT move! Thermostats are set to 60 degrees for arrival to conserve energy (disclosed in check-in documents). Windows & doors would need to be left open (absurd) to drop the temp to 40 degrees inside. The small condo heats easily with a living room fireplace plus heaters in each room. If the fan sound in the 1/2 bath/laundry room (not main bath) bothers you, turn it off. We don't operate the on-mountain shuttle. It picks up at the driveway upon request. You were given the phone #.
