Ideal for families or groups of friends, it’s a great base for beach days, surfing, and onward travels to Nicaragua.

Spacious house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two living areas, a large rancho, and extensive patio overlooking pool and hot tub.
Huge rancho includes a traditional clay oven—perfect for pizza nights and BBQs. Grill and grilling tools available.
Outdoor sound system for pool area; Apple TVs in the main suite and media room.
Full kitchen with all utensils, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Side by Side refrigerator with Ice maker.
High-speed internet (250 Mbps) — great for remote work.
Parking for 3 cars + 1 motorcycle.
Beach gear: 2 SUP boards, beach chairs, cooler.
Family-friendly extras: playground, board games, books, arcade game, PlayStation 3 with variety of games, and one vintage bike for quick runs.
