Access is for the entire home, private beach for ONLY guests of this property, and the large dock.

*Steps are mostly required but there is a concrete path to the side of the house to get to the lower level without stairs

We are fully staffed and maintain contact here directly through the platform and via text message.

A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit helps ensure the home is left in good condition and may be used if excessive cleaning is required, if the grill is not cleaned after use, if trash is left inside the home, or if any damage occurs during the stay. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care, follow basic cleanliness expectations, and report any issues right away. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the home is left in reasonable condition, with no damage or extra cleaning needed.
*We do have a pet fee of $250. More than 2 pets must contact us directly.

*The pool is open seasonally (summer only) - be sure to ask about availability if this is important to you.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage - do not throw your cigarette butts in the yard or landscaping, please throw them away. We charge a minimum of $500 smoke odor removal fee for smoking or vaping inside the home, and this fee can be up to $1500 depending on what the odor removal company must do to take care of the problem.
