Spacious luxury, mediterranean style beachfront home, overlooking the Coral Sea at Holloways Beach. Miles of palm tree lined beach, directly in front of the home. The home is situated in a tropical garden, with palm trees and flowers in bloom all year.

Six bedroom home, with four of the bedrooms facing the ocean. Listen to the waves and feel the sea breeze as you fall asleep. Three full bathrooms, the large master suite has a full size jacuzzi and a walk in robe. One king bed, two queen, two king singles, one double and three single beds. Sleeps 12. Cot and high chair also available.
Spacious open plan living area, with high ceilings, spiral staircase, flat screen cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Separate dining room. Lounge room with flat screen TV and play station. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Air conditioned bedrooms. Large veranda, patio and swimming pool facing the ocean.

The house worked great for our big party. There was lots of room in the 2 downstairs living areas for kids and adults to congregate. The 2 dining areas also worked well for feeding children and adults. The location on the beach was also great with kids able to play and climb in trees on the beach. The playground and cafe up the street were well frequented. Kids big and small enjoyed the pool both day and night. One little improvement could be to address the shower head in the main ensuite which kept falling down. Overall it was a great house for our family of adult children and our grandchildren.

Our extended family of 8 stayed here just last week (July 2025) & it was perfect for us. 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms plus lots of room inside & out. Peaceful location - you can walk to the cafe on the beach for breakfast. A car is recommended for trips into Cairns. Place has aircon as well as fans. Comfy beds. It was great.

The property was lovely but folks should bear in mind that Holloways Beach is not a swimming beach, there are signs to be mindful of crocs and jelly fish, something we did not realize before booking. But the view is glorious and the house has all the right amenities

Great location and great size for a large family. The pool is in need of repair - the surrounding ledge us cracked wirh several wobbly pieces - not a bother but definitely a safety risk! Lovely stay, everyone had their own room and it was a quiet street.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We loved this property. It was exactly how it looked from listing photos, and there was more than enough supplied in the home for our two families to stay (5 adults 4 kids). The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was nice to have it on the shady side of the home. Overall we loved it and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our names are Peter and Kim. We purchased the home in 2012 after staying at the home, in that year. We loved the home and the area. We are based in Melbourne, Australia.

Why they chose this property

We have five children. Four of them now have their own homes and partners and we also have seven grandchildren. There is plenty of room for the whole family. Melbourne can be quite cool at times, and we love to head up to North Queensland for the sun and sea.

What makes this property unique

The beachfront house is very spacious and perfect for families and friends to share. The view from the top balcony of the coral sea is wonderful!
