The lower level features the laundry and access by stairs (no hand rail on stairs) to the second Pavilion.

The second Pavilion features 3 Bedrooms all opening onto a balcony and 2 bathrooms.

*This property is suited to children over the age of 5 years plus due to garden ponds not fenced, pool mote and no hand railings on stairs leading down to the bedroom pavilion.
