Good value

House was clean, located in a working class neighborhood. House is split into a duplex, with a long term tenant in the other half. A door in one of the bedrooms leads to the other half of the duplex, but is locked with a keyed deadbolt. Listing says there is a hot tub and hair dryer, neither of which were found at the property. Otherwise a decent house at a reasonable price.
