AJ was a very responsive host and our stay was just as expected. The house was clean and conveniently located. Parking was a bit tricky but manageable! The neighborhood was quiet and the traffic noise wasn’t too bad given the location on a highway access road. We would stay again!

Home is situated in a friendly neighborhood with walkable sidewalks. Very clean. Dog friendly for sure. I am allergic to dogs and had absolutely no problems! So very clean. Bed was a little small for us as a married couple, but there were only 2 of us, so there were plenty of beds. Lots of linens, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Game area looked like fun, but we were not really there for that. We also did not use the outdoor area.

If you're looking for a family-friendly house close to Royal Oak, this could fit the bill as long as you don't expect perfection. As another review said, the place could use some sprucing up. The tiki hut especially was a disappointment as some lights didn't work and it was a bit tired looking. The house is also located across from the street from the sound wall buffering it from a major highway, although noise wasn't an issue. That said, it could be a good value for a family, although it's worth noting that the biggest beds in the house are doubles. We didn't have children with us, but there is a game room in the basement to keep them entertained. A positive was Alexander, who is a great communicator. All in all, we had a good stay.

House was clean with everything you amd your kids need to enjoy a relaxing and fun weleemd away from home. Was great having a space for the kids to play and have a good time. Bathroom near play area was excellent since we were there with young children. Fenced in yard and cornhole boards to play in the yard. Host was easy to reach and communicate with. Would recommend and stay again.
