Hi Folks! My name is La Rita I have been a Host for 3 years now, how time flies!! I was born in Spokane Washington, moved to Chicago IL when I was 18. Took up horseback riding/instruction in the small town of Woodstock IL for many years. My Husband was transferred to NC where we purchased property and I had my dream come true of teaching horseback riding on my own farm. Things have changed I no longer have horses but RV's for folks to enjoy the peacefulness of the beautiful property we are blessed with. Our space is truly A Breath of Fresh Air.

Why they chose this property

We chose this lovely neighborhood due to it's location. We are 8 minutes to the town of Ayden, 10 minutes to the town of Winterville, 15 minutes to Greenville/ECU/ECU Health (almost a straight drive to both the college and the Hospital), 45 minutes to New Bern, 1 hour and 20 minutes to the coast. What a GREAT location we have!!

What makes this property unique

Pure Peace! Birds singing, frogs and owls are heard at night, our chickens roam the property eating the bugs we don't want on the grounds! You will see deer as you come up the drive to your RV's, one of our doe now has a little one you may see them in the long grass if you look carefully! What a beautiful way to vacation.
