"I was happy I stayed here. It is an absolutely beautiful cabin and location with enough room for the whole family. The directions David provides following booking is spot on and we felt comfortable driving up and down in the dark which we did once to see the fireworks for July 4th. The drive up the mountain was the biggest downfall of the stay. Although the height wasn’t scary for a Florida family who primarily drives on flat ground, the pavement was very rough in spots - large potholes. You definitely feel jostled around (our family had a minivan and a Jeep) , but the view is spectacular.
Between the game room and number of rooms/bathrooms our family of 8 was comfortable and entertained.
The cabin is great for pets. It has a fenced fire pit area and 2 decks that are completely enclosed so the dogs can roam without worrying about them wandering too far. David was responsive and kind when questions arose. It was definitely a memorable vacation in a beautiful area."

"Our family and friends absolutely loved this home and can’t wait to return. We are dog people and prefer to have them with us on vacation rather then leave at home with a sitter. David was very accommodating with dogs and the surrounding is completely setup for them. Fenced in and gates to allow them to roam in a yard at the top of a mountain! Unbelievable views and the house was everything the pictures showed. Highly recommend!"

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire cabin and free access to the Benton MacKaye trail, just a short walking distance away from the cabin.

Getting Around:
The parking available on site is free and right in front of the house. The gravel driveway can fit about 5 medium sized cars.
