This home is situated in a large cove and features an extra-large deck with plenty of seating, including a martini area and private dock with a 10 x 30 covered slip and a swim platform. Two levels with the bedrooms on the upper entry level and the kitchen dining and living room on the lower level. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, full kitchen, two dining areas and bar with total seating for Teak Village 3 is located off of Bittersweet Road on Horseshoe Bend Parkway and by water at the 8.5 mile marker.
This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront home features an extra-large deck with plenty of seating including a martini area and gas grill. Bring the boat as this home comes with a private dock with a 10 x 30 slip and large swim platform. All three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. The master suite features a king size bed, small deck, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom offers a full bed with a flatscreen TV. There is a full guest bathroom also on the upper level. Enjoy dining or playing games in this home with two 6 top tables and 4 bar stools. Large Living Room features 2 full size couches, loveseat, large flat screen television and fireplace. Need more room? We have another home (Teak 1) nearby which allows sleeping for a total of 20 people! How about having a family reunion or get together with a couple of other families.
This home is close to Ruthie D's and Blue Heron restaurants, golfing at Season's Ridge and you are just minutes away from the Historic Bagnell Dam Strip and shopping.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was lovely, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were SUPER helpful and accommodating. We trailered our antique boat down from Michigan, and it was really great to have the dock and slip available for her safe harbor and ease of access.

Great location, outdoor space is wonderfully shaded all day. Dock was safe and in great shape. Walking distance to amenities. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

The kitchen was awesome in size. Wish it had an airfryer. Boat dock for rental was perfect. Outside seating was spacious and the views were awesome. Branches could be trimmed for better view from top deck. We would stay again.

Everything was smooth with this rental. The home is super functional, is a nice layout, and is clean and comfortable. The decks and pier are huge and provide lovely viewing. There is always something to look at! :) There is some grassy area helpful if you are bringing your dog like we did. Two states parks nearby and short walk to nightlife if that's your thing. This is on a nice cove. Overall very happy with our experience! Thanks so much!!

Peaceful Stay and Great Spot

Overall this property was ok. The house is older and outdated. The refrigerator handle was pretty bad. Needs replaced. The carpet held the previous renters pet hair in very well and the place had an overall unpleasant smell. Other than those issues the place was great.

Quiet Family Thanksgiving

Since it was off season the area was nice and quiet. We did not get to enjoy the nice size decks and dock. The house could use some updates. We had a learning curve using the retro microwave. The guest beds were definitely the worst we have ever experienced, 4 nights of sleeping on them was horrible. We would only stay again if they replace the mattresses. We had plenty of room for us to hang out.

Family Fun in the Ozarks

This property was perfect for our family of 10. The living space and kitchen had all the supplies to accommodate our party. The back deck had the most amazing view of the lake and the dock was spacious with plenty of room for chairs and our lake toys. I had called the property manager prior to coming and they were very helpful and gave us all the info we needed to prepare for our trip. Great experience throughout and will look into going through them again when we come back!

Great Lake Vacation!

This property was everything we hoped it would be for our family vacation (including our dog). The house was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped and the dock area perfect for sunning, setting up chairs to read and having evening cocktails waiting for the sunset. A lovely experience all around!

Clean but very dated

Straight out of the 1970’s, this home looked as if the owners were milking it for all the rent money they could get. Great location and sizable property, but in serious need of updating. First day there the hot water heater went out. Fixed later that afternoon, 12 guests didn’t get showers until the evening. Upon setting up for sleeping (it really does not accommodate 12 very well), found one sleeper sofa to be broken and unusable. Deck was reasonable, but could use a good power wash and paint. Dock had only a small umbrella for shade and hammock rope broke on day one (it was dry rotted). Dock was the original from the 1980’s when the property was built. Kitchen was large and there were two dining tables to accommodate a large group. There were plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The microwave should be donated to the Smithsonian as I think it was the first one ever made. Overall, everything was “OK.” But, I would have rather had better than “OK” for my guests who traveled from Arizona, Colorado and Kansas to spend the week with us at the lake.
