This three bedroom waterfront unit located on Horseshoe Bend off Carol Road and by water at the 2 mile marker, features a nice view of the water from the screened in deck.
The Master Suite has a king bed, walk in closet and private bath along with access to the deck. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds. There is a Queen Sized Air Mattress for extra sleeping. Open floor plan in the living and dining area with a full kitchen and access to the deck through the living room.
This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, no smoking and no pets allowed. A 12 x 32 boat slip is included when reserving this unit.
The Falls complex offers 2 outdoor pools, a tennis court and small playground. Also located close to shopping (110 store outlet mall), restaurants (Lil Rizzos, Blue Heron & JJ Twiggs), attractions (Bagnell Dam Strip) and golf (Season's Ridge and Osage National). We have four units at this complex to accommodate small groups of up to 26 guests.

Great location

The location and boat slip was perfect. Had a hard time finding the pool but once we found it, it was great with the lake view. One downfall was we found the place to be very outdated with the furniture and the carpet had alot of stains.

We ensure that we have current pictures so that guests know what to expect, but it is dated. Great view and that complex has a couple of pools, both with a view of the lake. The carpet is older and hopefully the owner will replace in the near future. Please remember in the future that our contact information is located within our downloadable digital welcome book, posted on the refrigerator, is in your confirmation and in your contract. During the summer we are in the office seven days a week and in the off-season every weekday. In addition, we have our after-hours number in all the above locations. Nice Condo

Condo was very nice, exceptionally clean and listed exactly as presented. Some of the amenities are very dated (TV's, video player, & toaster). The view was exceptional with a really nice screened porch.

Clean, comfortable, & easy

We have a smaller condo in the same complex & rented this for additional space for the rest of the family for our reunion. Loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. We did get in a little later than 3 as the tvs were reported not to be working by cleaning staff. They sent a maintenance man over asap to get them in working order for us. Super easy to work with. Will rent from them again.
