The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Take out the rubbish

Please place all used towels/wash cloths in the bathtubs. Please strip the linens from the beds and leave on top of the beds. Set thermostat to 78 degrees (60 in fall/winter).

Please remove all trash (small trash can on deck, 2 bathrooms and kitchen) and place in large trash can located behind the screen door on the outside deck.

If you use the weber please clean. Hand wash pots and pans and put away (we will empty the clean dishwasher).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was great-just as pictured in listing. Very clean. Amazing views of the main channel-spent most mornings and evenings on the deck. Beautiful sunsets too. Condo was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We got into town early and although check in wasn't til 3:00, we contacted the owner and he let us check in early.

The place is very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was that there were no screens outside (as shown in the photos of the deck), nor on the doors to the deck, so in the evening, we weren't able to enjoy time outside as it was so buggy! We didn't want to pile on bug spray on ourselves, and not sure that would have done it anyway! At this time of year, we were looking for a place that had a screened in porch, and this condo (based on the photos) was one of many that I had to choose from. Had I known it wasn't screened, I would have selected somewhere else so we could enjoy the evening air. But again, the inside of the place is wonderful, and the location was great! We certainly enjoyed the view and the deck in the morning hours.

What makes this property unique

You will love the amazing view right on the main channel at Lake of the Ozarks from the 400 square foot deck (40 x 10). Seating includes outdoor bar furniture that seats 5, another table for 4, and a wicker couch seating for 2. The deck also has a mini-fridge, electric Weber grill, and sound system to enjoy. The condo has 3 flatscreen tv's, cable and WiFi. Linens, towels, and bathroom supplies provided. Kitchen is equipped w/pots, pans, utensils, coffee, spices and condiments.
