32 Cayman Reef Resort is also known as Seabreeze. Recently renovated to the highest standards and located directly on Seven Mile Beach. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a Serta iComfort therapeutic mattress topped with a Pacific Coast duvet and pillows to ensure a relaxing sleep with direct access to the spa-like bathroom. We provide all linens and towels, even the beach towels. You have exclusive use of the laundry center in your condo and demand hot water to ensure you never run out of hot water. Smart TVs to entertain if needed, and free WiFi plus a computer desk with an LCD screen and peripherals to allow you to connect with to get some work done more efficiently to leave more time for stepping out onto the beach. Ceiling fans and a quarterly maintained AC unit is sure to keep you comfortable. A pullout sofa can be found in the living room if you want to share this place with two others, we also include the extra bedding. The kitchen will not disappoint, everything and more you could want in your vacation home kitchen. Set out on the counter is the Vitamix blender and Keurig coffee maker to offer up all ranges of drinks. All our units have dishwashers, fridges with ice makers, Alexa devices to play music, wall safes and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Any closer to the ocean, and you would be in the ocean. Our 1-bedroom condo is literally 30 feet from the beach, you really are just steps away. This is truly apparent when you relax in your personal screened lanai or make use of the electric BBQ while looking out over the ocean.

Cayman Reef Resort is centrally located on world-famous Seven Mile Beach with beautiful white sand. Some of the best sunsets in the world have been enjoyed from this beach. We have grocery stores and some of the best restaurants & shops all within walking distance, many guests do not even rent a car. This unit has been meticulously renovated, furnished to the highest standards and stocked with items generally not found in a rental. Use the local phone to make dinner reservations or use the second line to make free calls to the US or Canada to keep in touch. We also include many supplies that might not be expected but are sure to make your stay even more enjoyable. If you have not been to the island in the last year, we want to share an important aspect of our coastal landscape with you. Due to the ebb and flow of beach erosion, our beloved shoreline has transformed into a smaller beach, sometimes being detached from the busy part of SMB. Occasionally, the water may approach our seawall when the waves are active, providing a unique and captivating view of the ocean's rhythmic dance. In extreme and rare cases, we have had the water right up to our seawall. We generally have a beautiful sand entry but as noted in some of the pictures we are not always as fortunate. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beachfront as Mother Nature permits as seen in the pictures listed. We have also added portable beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your personal use to be used on the public beach immediately north of us or anywhere else on the island. Please review the last twenty-ish pictures in detail that show the different states and sizes our beach has gone through in the last 365 days. The last three pictures will be updated on the first of each month to give an accurate reflection of current conditions, but are not necessarily an indicator of conditions months from now.
