PLEASANT STAY!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect, close to all attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. Communication was smooth and easy. Thank you for providing such a lovely space. We'd absolutely stay again!

Wife and I spent her birthday weekend enjoying all of hot springs. Great location and great price for a spacious two bedroom in a gated location on the lake.

Great place to Stay in Hot Springs

Have really enjoyed my stay at this location so far. Beautiful view of the river and conveniently located to town. Have a had some small issues however, management staff has been super supportive to immediately responsive to resolving. Could not ask for a better place to stay for a weekend, week or in my case a month. 😊

Fun Memorial Day getaway!

My family enjoyed this condo! As our kids get older they prefer their own space on vacations. This place did not disappoint. So much room for us to enjoy. Owners provide so many extras that you would have at home: kitchen and bathroom supplies, even games and books. We also felt very safe in the area and the locked building. My kids also loved the pool. Definitely would recommend if you are visiting the area.

What makes this place are the special touches throughout. The thought that was put in the decor. Also the thoughfulness of the essentials that were provided that most places would even think about offering and the snacks was such an awesome gesture. You truly think about your guests and make this place so inviting and comfortable. We always love the location because its close to everything. Thank you for such an amazing place. Our family appreciates the hospitality!

Great Three Months

Just spent three months on a traveling assignment and stayed at Beacon Manor. Had no major issues and all minor issues were quickly address by management staff. Condo was fully furnished with everything I needed and than somethings I didn't. Location was central to everything. Would hesitate to stay there again or recommend to a friend

Homey & Quiet

The condo was one of the best decorated and the view was awesome! We appreciated all the extra's in the bathroom and the kitchen! If you leave anything at home the extra's were there! Such a well thought out amenity. Meeting owners in the condo building was a plus! Such wonderful and friendly people! Fire alarm went off in the building and they were all very helpful in giving us proper instructions! Will definitely stay again!

Meeting Half Way

My family of 3 (from MO) met my parents (from TX) at this beautiful condo. It had plenty of comfortable beds and comfy spots to sit and hang out. It had a nice dining room table to sit and share a meal and play games. The pool area was beautiful and the pool was clean. When we realized the air wasn't blowing cold, I contacted the property manager and things were taken care of before we returned from that day's adventures. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Total Eclipse Experience

The condo was comfortable and spacious and very clean with attractive interior decorating. Grant left us special eclipse glasses and lots of grab and go snacks which was such a nice surprise. We watched the eclipse from the pool/porch area with friendly guests and residents from the building. The exterior of the building is a bit dated but the covered parking was a bonus since it did rain heavily part of the time. On eclipse day the weather was perfect! We so enjoyed our stay that we will book again if we visit Hot Springs.
