The R & R Chalet is a cozy, mountainside two bedroom, two bathroom condo, in the heart of Summit County's Keystone Resort. This corner unit is a short walk to countless assets, whether it's outdoor recreation, or relaxation you're searching for. Hiking and mountain biking trails can be accessed onsite. A short 2-minute walk will land you in your waders, fly fishing the slackwater and riffles of the Snake River. A convenient 2-3 minute shuttle ride, that picks up just steps from the front door, will leave you ready for your powder runs at River Run Gondola Center.

The unit comes fully equipped to comfortably sleep six (6) guests with a queen bed, a twin XL over queen bunk bed, and a cot. An updated kitchen features all necessary culinary resources one needs to prepare any and all meals. This rental has an open floor plan with a wood burning fireplace, new/newer furniture, and an entryway with bench, hooks, and place to store your shoes/boots for your convenience. Relax in the living room after a long day on our comfy sectional and enjoy the flat screen TV with cable and a Roku hookup, so you can enter your credentials and stream your favorite platforms. Our unit also provides a variety of board games, books, and a record player to keep everyone entertained. Staying here you will be conveniently situated on the lower level, with peaceful views of the tall pines from the private deck with yard access and observation opportunities for elk, moose, fox, bear, and so much more of the majestic flora and fauna native to the White River National Forest of the Rocky Mountains.

The condo community features BBQ stations with multiple grilling options, heated outdoor pool with tanning chairs & community bonfire (gas) station, indoor spa, Swedish-style sauna, and laundry access right across the hall. Staying at the R&R Chalet will also provide you with access to two (2) ski lockers on the same floor.

There are several easy-to-access dining options, from coffee shops, to pizza & beer pub, to fine dining all located at Keystone Lake, just a short walk to the northeast and across the Snake River from our condo community. Additionally, at Keystone lake, you'll find ice skating and pick-up pond hockey available in the winter season, and paved walking & biking trails for leisure morning or sunset strolls in the summer and
fall seasons, between the lake itself and the Snake River. You'll enjoy mountain views from all directions as you soak in the serenity of all that Summit County has to offer.

The unit is a short 5-8 minute drive to Dillon and Silverthorne, conveniently located to the west, along the I-70 corridor. Here, you'll find full-service grocery retail, movie theater, REI superstore, countless fashion outlets and even more world-class dining options. Additionally, Lake Dillon offers sailing opportunities in the summer and fall seasons. Lake Dillion spills into the Blue River tailwater, and this magnificent 34-mile Gold Medal Water section features some of the most desirable fishing in North America.
