House of 400m, two floors, built on a plot of 3000m, 2 swimming pools (adult and child), kiosk with barbecue, pergola set, mini tennis court; two stalls with two horses, landscaping in all the extension of the land, more than thirty coconut trees and cashew trees and beautiful view to lagoon of Itacimirim. It has a hammock area, is close to the beach, private security in the area, a quiet area with little noise.

Fuga do covid

A estádia foi bem tranquila, no primeiro dia a bomba d'água queimou, mas foi prontamente resolvido no outro dia ainda pela manhã. O caseiro muito simpático e receptivo. Ótimo lugar pra passar uns dias.
