Not only has it 2 bedrooms, a longside balcony but also a private parking space and concierge service. Our guests can also use the amazing rooftop terracce including a heated pool!
The designed kitchen is fully equipped with high quality brand induction stove, oven, dishwasher and nespresso including milk foamer.
The apartment has a big balcony sourrounding whole apartment with access from all rooms. It is located on the top floor right under the rooftop terracce of one of the highest buildings in Austria.

Our guests can use the whole apartment including the private garage parking spot. Included is also free access to the rooftop terracce and the heated rooftop infinity pool (open during warmer months).
The building also consists of a concierge service, own park with Sport and Playground, business center as well as lounge area.
You can also reserve a common kitchen with terracce or the outside BBQ area (against fee).
In the building you will find a kiosk, a supermarket and several restaurants.
The metro station is only 250 meters away and brings you directly to the heart of Vienna - "Stephansplatz".
