Newly constructed and Lavishly Furnished, this 3rd floor condo has 180 degree views of Cabo San Lucas (You are literally looking at the famous Cabo Arch when you are lying in bed here). The property is gated and includes a large pool, kids pool, big new gym, media room, pool table, ping pong and pickle ball courts. Perfectly located just 10 minutes east of down town Cabo San Lucas and 5 minutes west of Cabo Del Sol. Easy access to near by Beaches, Golf Courses and only 20 minutes from San Jose Del Cabo. The open kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity including a gas stove with grill. A large dining table seats 6. Inviting living room with a 65" flat screen TV and free 500 Meg Wifi. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV and en suite bathrooms with Rain head showers. Large Deck includes plush lounge chairs and a large outdoor dining table for 6 people. Washer and Dryer are also inside the unit and parking is right down stairs, or take the elevator! You will never want to leave!
