Dog-friendly (one dog up to 15 lbs.) with non-refundable pet rent of $350. Pet rent does not include extra cleaning such as urine stains, excessive hair, or damage. Any extra cleaning cost will be billed to the guest after departure, and the home has been inspected. Waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
Guests may use the boat dock for an additional fee and with a signed addendum.
