The fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and quartz island seating is perfect for gourmet meals or quick bites. We were very impressed with this property. Everything was as pictured. It is a beautiful home with high quality amenities. Our party had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is great. It’s a short walk to the beach which we did often. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. We would definitely give this home a 10/10.

We stayed at the Funky Conch to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect for our family.The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and truly felt brand new. Every room was thoughtfully done and so comfortable — plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still feel together.The outdoor living area was our favorite part. The pool was such a hit with the kids — they swam nonstop and made the best memories. It was the perfect setting for celebrating such a special milestone.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather as a family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, spacious home in Fort Myers Beach!

Wonderful Home

Beautiful, clean home as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, super close to the beach. Pool area wonderful to hang out by with plenty of opportunity to find sun and shade. Not a complaint, but we never could find the switch to turn on the hot tub/spa or heat it, but ultimately it didn't matter as the temp was 80-90F every day, and no one was really looking for hot tub temp water ;) Would definitely recommend this home especially for larger groups/families.

Comfortable conch

Nothing funky about this place. Pretty and neutrally decorated and oh so comfortable. We were a group of 8 adults, 4 toddlers and 2 infants and had a great stay. Solid bed and bathrooms with plenty towels, a fun pool area and plenty of seating in the common area. We would definitely recommend. Good to know that there is absolutely nothing in the house beyond that what you need for the first day, no condiments, no tp, no detergent whatsoever so plan for a complete grocery run or delivery upon arrival and take note of the traffic on the main road. Also no baby / toddler beds / chairs available but IKEA smoothly delivered to the door. No babygates at the stairs. Wonderful place, we would come back and definitely recommend!
