Beautiful updated 1957 holiday condo- steps to the pool, El Paseo, sightseeing!

This complex was designed and built by the renowned Mid Century architect William Krisel as one of the first Mid-Century complexes in Palm Desert. It was originally used as a vacation home for the rich and famous, who would come to Palm Desert to relax. The pool is made for lounging ,and the unit has beautiful views from every window- Sunset from the kitchen window, sunrise from the patio, and mountains all around.

We have included everything you could possibly want for your stay, from a Keurig to a large TV, fast wifi, cable TV, comfortable beds, outdoor lighting and furniture on the patio for lounging or for dining. The pool is heated in winter, and is refreshing in summer. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the rest of the unit. There is everything you could want to cook a full meal, including a Bosch induction range. But if cooking isn't on your agenda we are close to any imaginable cuisine, from Thai to American to Vegan to Mastro's steakhouse.


We are on El Paseo, known as "the Rodeo Drive of the desert." You are just a quick walk from Louis Vuitton, Saks Fifth Avenue, Anthropologie, Tommy Bahama, and too many more to list. Nearby restaurants cover every base, and there are several convenient grocery stores as well.
