If any one appliance has an issue or failure - your vacation is never affected. Hand steam ironed linen kills all viruses and bacteria and 100% cotton assures smooth, clean and soft feel. Pillow protectors and mattress protectors add an extra layer of sanitation. If any Guest brings a pet, we hire special service to vacuum, wet mop and totally sanitize the entire Chateau TWICE so the next guest is guaranteed 100% sterile interior and exterior.
