About this property

This 3rd floor 1 bedroom condo overlooks the Sea of Cortez and The Malecon. The view from the condo is incredible.

Building E is one of the closest buildings to the beach. You can hear sounds of the water hitting the shore.

Please note that cancellations may be subject to a 4% fee from the credit card processor. This fee does not go to Pisolino Rentals.

Bella Sirena is the finest resort in Sandy Beach. Offering 7 Large Pools (2 heated), 2 Giant Hot Tubs, 4 Charcoal Grill areas, 2 Large Grass Lawn areas, Swim-up Pool Bar, Gym, Tennis/Pickleball court and direct access to the beach and the Sea of Cortez.

This stylishly furnished one bedroom condo offers a king size bed in the master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room perfect for a family of four or good friends to enjoy majestic views of the Resort and the Sea of Cortez.
It has a full kitchen with granite countertops, equipped with all the amenities you will need, Laundry room with washer and dryer and a wonderful patio with amazing views.

Guests will have the condo to themselves and will have access to all of the Resorts amenities. Offering 7 Large Pools (2 heated), 2 Giant Hot Tubs, 4 Charcoal Grill areas, 2 Large Grass Lawn areas, Swim-up Pool Bar, Gym, Tennis/Pickleball court and direct access to the beach and the Sea of Cortez as well as free parking next to the building

We live in Rocky Point full-time and will be able to assist you with anything you need during your stay. I am available for your call, text, or email nearly anytime of the day.

Bella Sirena is located in the Sandy Beach area next to other high rise resort buildings. It is a short drive into town where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood restaurants, bars and shopping.

There are cabs parked outside the Resort regularly.

Bella Sirena is a resort with privately owned condominiums. This is not a hotel. This condo is the private home of our owner client. We have the goal of providing a 5-star experience to our guests, but the protection of the property is another primary responsibility. We ask that you respect all areas of the condo, resort, staff and other guests. Failure to adhere to resort rules may result in your eviction by resort security and/or local police. These actions do not trigger any refunds.

View from the Balcony is Awesome, Clean Place

Pro: Great views all around, comfy bed, clean bedding and towels, 3rd floor near elevator Con: on demand water heater didn't keep up, low on supplies for 3 people on a 6 day 5 night stay (2 TP rolls, 1 paper towel, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 used dish cleaning pad, 1 kitchen trash can bag, no salt or pepper. Had to contact Property Manager. Fixing these nuisances and a little TLC at the condo and this place is easily 5 star.
