The professionally decorated main house includes the living and dining rooms, kitchen, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, powder room, laundry area, and sunroom. The living room features a sofa, love seat, two chairs, and flat screen TV. The sunroom, accessed through the living room, offers cozy seating and a shuffleboard table. The dining room connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen features updated appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space, bar stool seating for three, an extra sitting area with two chairs, and a flat screen TV. The powder room and laundry room are just off the kitchen.

The main house has two master suites. The first master suite features a king bed, bathroom with double sinks, large soaking tub, and separate large shower. The second master in the main house offers a king bed, cozy chair, and bathroom with double sinks, large tub, and separate shower. The guest house includes two bedrooms, one with two full beds and one with two twin over full bunk beds, which open to the pool area. The bedrooms are connected by a hall and share a bathroom with shower.

The courtyard area features a gas grill, private pool, covered dining area for six, sofa, and lounge chairs. The pool is approximately 26ft x 13ft. In the garage, you will find a basketball arcade game which provides hours of fun for the whole family!

All of the TVs in the house utilize streaming television through the Xfinity App but only 5 of the 7 TVs in the house can view Xfinity channels simultaneously. The TVs also offer the option to login to your own apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc.

This home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that pets are not permitted at the home.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $100/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
