In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers five bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and lovely lagoon views. The home is about a 15-minute bike ride to the beach.

High ceilings and views of the lagoon through glass doors and windows welcome you into the home’s inviting living area. The main living area offers comfortable seating for the whole family around a large TV and opens to the kitchen and dining areas. Enjoy preparing meals and snacks in the gorgeous kitchen, featuring plenty of counter space, a breakfast bar with barstool seating for three, and updated appliances. The adjacent dining area overlooks the lagoon and a long wooden table with dining space for six. This home also has a den with a TV and bonus room with a pool table and a ping pong table.

Located on the first floor, the primary suite offers a king-sized bed and luxurious private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and soaking tub. Ascend the stairs to access the four additional bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and private balcony overlooking the lagoon. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have convenient access to a shared hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fifth bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers a bunk room with four full-sized beds. There is also full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Sweeping lagoon vistas await you on the spacious back deck. Sure to be a guest favorite, the deck has a pool and spa, grill area, and plenty of space to lounge or dine al fresco.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are roughly 11' x 19'. The pool has a heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
