Brand New Kitchen! Find yourself nestled in nature with expansive views across a large lagoon in the heart of Kiawah Island on Bufflehead Lane. Offering 4,150 square feet of professionally decorated interiors you will find plenty of space to relax and spread out with a living area on each floor.

The main elevated first floor has a living room, master bedroom, two interior dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, additional outdoor dining space on open porch and half bath. One dining room is located separately for a more formal dining experience and the other connected to the living room, with the third on the large outdoor porch. The outdoor porch spans the length of the home with a propane grill, dining table and chaise lounges.

The primary bedroom located on the first floor with a king-sized bed and large ensuite bathroom. Offering a large closet, jetted soaking tub, walk in shower and two large sink areas.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor and find the large media room with comfortable sectional sofa and mounted flat screen tv and the four additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1) features a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2) features a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. Bedroom 3) features a queen-sized bed with jack and jill shared bathroom with twin bedroom. Bedroom 4) features two twin-sized beds with jack and jill shared bathroom with queen bedroom.

THINGS TO KNOW:

• Check in is at 4 pm, Check out is at 10 am

• Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

• Fireplace not for guest use

• Guests have access to the garage. There is also parking for 3 in the driveway.

• There is a ring camera at the front door of the home.

• There is not resort pool access. This home does not have a private pool.

Booking Process:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.

Great long weekend!

Great location - neighborhood and relatively easy walk/ride to the beach! We love Kiawah, and loved hanging out on the covered porch. We would love to come back another time if we could.

We were five couples renting the property for a 60th birthday celebration. The house was absolutely perfect. The guys enjoyed golfing every day, and the ladies played pickleball and lounged on the beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas through Island Beach Services, and had them set up at Boardwalk 38, which is just a short walk from the house. We enjoyed several of the restaurants on Kiawah, but our most enjoyable meal was prepared by personal chef Emily Lane. The kitchen had everything she needed to prepare and serve us an incredible birthday dinner. We could not recommend her more!!

Beautiful

The house is gorgeous and could be rated a 10+. But, the place was not stocked with any paper products. There were 5 of us for 4 nights and had 1/2 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. no napkins, and no trash bags. Im sure this is fault of cleaners but very frustrating for me and my guests.

Fun in the Sun

The home was beautiful. Overall a very nice home. There were no sharp knives. The gas range was very annoying with clicking and no simmer for rice. A couple would not light at all. The microwave stopped working, which made it hard to reheat leftovers. A couple more nonstick pans would be helpful. Also the first night the fire alarms woke us up and we could not turn off the alarm. There was no fire, thank goodness. Fire department came. Then we were woken up again with music blaring in the primary bedroom. The owner had to come all the way from Charleston to turn it off. We had a great time nonetheless. Thanks, Kelley
