The villa features a reverse floor plan with the main living spaces located on the second floor. Upstairs, you'll find a bright and open living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day on the green or at the beach. The dining area seats six and has a view into the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. Downstairs, the first floor hosts three inviting bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and a private en-suite bath complete with a walk-in shower.
