The home has a spacious common area with big windows to view the tall pines; it's located within walking distance to the beach and close to the Kiawah Island venues. Property Manager’s communication is excellent. Would recommend.
Spent a wonderful week at 12 Inlet Cove. Vacasa was quick to fix one minor issue (slow flushing toilet) but the house was clean and a great location close to the pool and dock. Would definitely come back.
The staff was available and kept me updated on all things necessary during my rental period!
The property had everything....even a printer for my business needs!
The perfect fall break vacation spot for a family!! We loved the 2 minute bike ride to the beach, the neighborhood and location on the island. The property manager and staff were quick and thorough in response to questions about the house. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. So thankful!
Convenient, spacious at home Kiawah Island experience
Quaint home in quiet community close to Beachwalker park. Very comfortable and pleasant. Would enjoy access to kayaks / canoes but not available through this property. Bike rentals close by and recommend.
The home was clean when we arrived and as pictured. It did have a musty smell that remained the entire stay. There was some mold on the ceiling near vents and around the front door. The beds could use updating. Overall I would recommend unless sensitive to mold.
We’ve been visiting Kiawah Island for 20+ years and staying in this neighborhood. We love access to dock, river, pool & easy bike to the beach. The property we stayed in was very nice & communication with agency wonderful. The only drawback is the new development over the years that has made our secluded getaway island more populated…. Fortunately Inlet Cove has remained as a nice, quite community. Thanks for the wonder accommodations
Nice property! We liked the location close to Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Short bike ride to the beach access. Enjoyed the neighborhood pool. House was very comfortable and clean and was just what we needed for 3 teenage girls and two adults over a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again. Lock key code for the house keys and gate code were not accessible online but a quick call to the property company when we arrived took care of that and they were prompt and helpful.
We had an incredible time with our two grandchildren ages 4 and 6. What a treat and amazing location! Only recommendation would be access to a wagon to tote items to pool and beach:) The house is very accommodating and has an incredible shower in the master room to bath young ones. Gas stove in kitchen with all the amenities to fix fabulous meals. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Awesome time in Kiawah...house made it feel like home!
Property was great and very well equipped. Some parts of the kitchen could have been a little cleaner but nothing bad. We had brought lots of supplies for cleaning, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and really didn’t need anything...it was all there. The rooms were comfy and the master bath shower was awesome! Close to the pool and the river but an easy and convenient bike ride to the beach. Not a fan of spiders and bugs and there were a few but able to steer clear. Really, this was a great house and a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for making your home available!

Perfect Reset!
We visited from The Finger Lakes in Upstate New York, and had a wonderful time away from school! (2 teachers and our high school kids) The home was comfortable and open with plenty of space. We bought a nonstick large frying pan and spices, so cooking would be more like home. (The cooking pans and cooking utensils were pretty worn, so you might want to bring some things from home.) The Alligator Bike Rental we set up ahead of time was awesome, and we rented chairs and an umbrella from Island Beach Rentals by the week. Everyday our reserved chairs were ready for us. It was really convenient and truly relaxing! You will love it here!
Very nice area. Recommend grocery shopping before you get near. The store at Freshfields is a bit pricey but nice. The walk to the beach is down a nice paved walkway. It can be either biked it walked. If you have small children, I would recommend using a wagon. There is parking at the beach but it is limited and had a parking fee. The beach is beautiful. Clean. Nice facilities. The condo has a nice pool area and a lovely spot to watch the sunset. The manager called us before arrival to let us know our place was ready. I enjoy personal touches like that. Defiantly will rent this place again!

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Nice trip but information was questionable
Beach access yards away was not accurate unless you didn’t mind carry needed things but you can drive to the public beach and pay for parking for each day. This is after paying a high price for the rental. Local pool was not that nice and over crowded with limited space most of the time..
There is not a lot to do unless you drive off the island for activities and restaurants since you do not have access to the Kiawah Island Resort as a guest.
We were very disappointed from reading the information and viewing the pictures to then learn there were misleading.
We do not plan on returning..

The location and the property are beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family and our family enjoyed our stay. A few things that surprised us was that both bathrooms don't have a working lock on the doors, one of the toilets makes a loud sound after flushing (still works), the water pressure in the shower was very weak, couldn't give our 3 yr old a bath because the water stopper was not working, the throw pillows had dry food on them (not alot but could use a good washing), and the walls could either be wiped down or re-painted. The kitchen, beds, floors and bathrooms were all clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook or bake if you chose to. The grocery store is down the road and near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay but thought a few updates to the furniture and bathroom rugs were about time. The property manager was reachable when we reached out and provided our needs without issue.

Lovely area, this unit #12 needs love.
After several days of feeling spoiled at unit 36 Inlet Cove, we returned for another three day stay to unit 12. Unit 36 was extremely well-appointed and was obviously furnished with care. We found absolutely everything we needed. Unit 12 appeared to be as nice but upon closer inspection, we found the kitchen to be lacking in flatware and dinnerware not to mention only one frying pan that was not non-stick and black on the bottom. It was advertised with three different sized frying pans. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms seemed of inferior quality and the bedroom doors closed on their own or would hardly stay closed. The closet door in the master bedroom was off the track and the Jack and Jill bathroom had only one door limiting privacy. The bed pillows were plentiful but terrible throughout. There were nicks and marks on the cabinets and walls making the unit look somewhat shoddy. The windows were in dire need of cleaning and surfaces appeared wiped but smeared and not cleaned properly. We cleaned the kitchen before use. There were several light bulbs that had burned out
The front stairway had poison sumac growing through from the adjacent tree and was abundant around the unit. The unit did have a very nice stackable washer and dryer which we appreciated.
