Welcome to our spacious 3,400 square foot rental home located at 78 Bittern Court – Kiawah Island, SC. Our 5 bedroom and 4 and 2 half bath home has tons of room. It is very very close to the beach and that is the biggest attraction other than the beautiful lagoon view and quiet cul de sac location. There are 2 decks to cook out or enjoy the weather, your days spent here will be nothing short of a paradise retreat. With a huge kitchen for preparing and entertaining, a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a location right on a cul-de-sac, our home is kid-friendly and an ideal setting for get-togethers of all kinds. Endless opportunities for fun, adventure, and relaxation await you in this home away from home!

We purchased our Kiawah home for use by family members in the fall, winter and spring and several weeks in the summer. We rent part of May through September but consider it a second home and it has the wonderful feel of a second home for both us and guests. Please read our reviews.

Super close to beach. Very roomy and open. Wonderful lagoon view. Cul de sac location for safety. Very large kitchen for multiple cooks and large dining areas. Great outdoor shower and 4 full baths 2 half baths.
