I rent in seasons and weekends ..... The property is located at ecuador nº370, a dead end street that gives more privacy, in front of av. Luciano de bona, close to the markets (cuca) and (krill chain), and very close to the beach.

Enganação

Aluguei a casa para relaxar. A casa estava em obra, suja, tomadas expostas, não tinha ventilador no quarto do casal, sem porta no banheiro (topei locar assim achando que seria o único problema). A proprietária recebeu minha crítica e sequer retornou. CUIDADO COM A LOCAÇÃO DESTA CASA !!!

Nas fotos a casa parece boa, mas chegando lá vimos que muita coisa era diferente. A casa estava em obra, tomadas expostas (risco para crianças) e poucas funcionando, a geladeira tinha coisas pessoais e estava caindo aos pedaços, no forno uma panela com óleo (nojento), as panelas estavam em estado terminal, mal deu para usar, microondas mofado por dentro, banheiros sujos. Entulhos nos fundos com muitos cocos de rato. Holofotes da piscina e o que iluminava a parte externa, não funcionaram. Enfim, perda de dinheiro. A casa tem potencial, mas só se a proprietária terminar o que há para ser feito.
