Townhouse in a family condominium with paved streets 400 meters from the beach to enjoy with family and friends. (Cibratel II). Total security with electric fence and monitoring. Automated gate.

The townhome has 2 bedrooms (ceiling fan and air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), bathroom, dining table for 6 people, lounge, kitchen, 2 car garage. Ceiling fans in the living and dining room.

In the suite we have a bunk bed and a double bed (4 persons). In the room we have 2 more bunk beds (4 people). Sleeps 8 comfortably.

All furnished, including kitchen utensils (microwave and blender), plus a fixed barbecue. There is 150 meters from the place a market, cafe, newsagent, etc.

You need to bring only bed linen (single / double) and bath, plus pillows and consumables.

A 15 minute drive from the center of Itanhaém, where you will find everything you need (banks, supermarkets, shops, fairs, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.)

Tivemos uma experiência excelente! A casa é muito confortável, bem cuidada e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o início, o que fez toda a diferença. Viajamos com bebê e cachorro, e o imóvel foi super adequado para isso, trazendo segurança e tranquilidade para toda a família.A localização é outro ponto forte: muito próxima da praia, com quiosques, mercados e padarias por perto, facilitando bastante o dia a dia. Todo o processo desde a reserva até o fim da estadia, a comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente e pontual. O imóvel é exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Ficamos na casa 11 dias em janeiro de 2018! iria ficar 4, mas gostamos tanto que ficamos mais uma semana! Super limpo, seguro, localização estratégica, tanto para quem quer ficar na praia do Cibratel II quanto ir para outras praias de Itanhaém ou Peruíbe. A casa estava muito bem equipada, não senti falta de nada. O bairro é tranquilo e fui bem acessorada pela Mara que entrega as chaves e pelo José Roberto que é o proprietário, super atencioso. Espero poder ir outras vezes. Meus filhos não queriam ir mais embora. Recomendo aos usuários do alugue temporada!
