Addressed in a quiet and well populated street of Balneário Itaóca municipality of Mongaguá / SP 450 meters from the beach. The neighborhood has beach access walkway, bakery, supermarkets

The property has two bedrooms. Double bedroom has 1 suite; Single bedroom; Living room; Kitchen; Outdoor area covered with barbecue and network owners in its size, covered garage for two vehicles. WiFi signal available during the rental period of the property; Property with accessibility for the elderly and / or guests with reduced mobility.
