Beautifully decorated two-story house with 4suites with air conditioning and a balcony in the master suite, large living room, balcony on the ground floor, kitchen with pastry dishes (connection between the kitchen and the deck and between the kitchen and the dining room, passage of utensils between the three spaces), swimming pool with cascade, garden, deck with barbecue and bathrooms for men and women. 360sqm of built area on a plot of 2. 000sqm, situated 60m from the beach and close to Ytacaranha Park and Beach Tents such as: The Bay, Dani's Kitchen, and the Beach Place venture.
