About this property

Praia da Espera, 100m from the village, needs no consideration. The unit stands out for its high level of comfort and privacy for up to 12 guests.

The living room consists of a 2m chaise sofa, 42 'led TV with LG Home Theater (Blu-Ray - 850W - other formats via USB port). Sky HD cable TV is optional. Table with 4 chairs complete the room.

In KITCHEN, the equipment is all new. Brastemp: Duplex refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Electrolux: 220L freezer, microwave, water purifier, Also available: blender, mixer, grill, professional citrus juicer, electric coffee maker etc.

The rooms are 4 (3 suites), one with closet. All with queen beds and simmons mattresses (18 cm - pocket springs) plus 6 additional beds, 9,000 and 12,000 BTU split springer air conditioners, continuous dimming and light Latin air ceiling fans (up to 120W). Paz a beira mar

Encontramos paz, conforto e tranquilidade no village. Fomos muito bem atendidos em nossas dúvidas e necessidades pelo hoster, sempre muito educado e gentil. A casa é muito bem distribuida com 1 suite e 1 quarto+ 1 banheiro, sala e cozinha na parte de baixo e duas suites + varanda na parte de cima. É muito bem equipada com todos os eletrodomésticos comuns e ar condicionado nos quartos. Ficamos confortávelmente acomodados (8 adultos e 2 crianças). O condomínio é seguro e muito bem cuidado, possui piscina aquecida que as crianças adoraram. A casa não possuia lençóis e toalhas inclusos, mas como essa informação não foi nos passada com antecedência, o hoster providenciou sem nenhum custo adicional pra nós. A casa fica bem pertinho da praia, uns 100 m, mas caminhando uns 400m tem o mar mais tranquilo, bem calminho e morno, e as duas barracas para atendimento ao turista: franga fogosa e le porreton. O único ponto negativo é o comercio local ainda pouco desenvolvido. Perto do condomínio tem o restaurante Maeva da pousada que fica em frente ao condomínio e o restaurante Pescador, na rua 8. E só. Resolvemos nossas necessidades de mercado no atacarejo que fica na entrada de Itacimirim, mas sentimos falta de mercadinho e padaria que fizessem entregas. Recomendamos a locação de carro para ter mais conforto no transporte, pois não tem muita disponibilidade de uber e os taxis cobram 2 a 3x o valor das corridas de uber. O deslocamento de taxi para praia de Guarajuba e pra praia do Forte ficou em R$80,00 por viagem (R$160,00 ida e volta) e para pra Praia de Imbassai em R$ 140,00 por viagem. Adoramos nossa estada e pretendemos retornar em próximas férias a casa do Sr Manoel/Luiz , que recomendarei aos amigos.

Excelente localização e preservação do imóvel

Imóvel bem distribuido, suítes espaçosas e bem preservado. Atendimento muito bom pelo proprietário, que foi bem gentil. Localização excelente, bem próxima da praia.

Feriado incrível

O imóvel do sr Luís é muito confortável, passamos dias maravilhosos lá. Quartos confortáveis, cozinha equipada, tudo para proporcionar uma estadia tranquila. Os funcionários do condomínio tb são muito simpáticos. A piscina sempre limpa, com a água quentinha garantiu a diversão da criançada. Muito próximo à praia da Espera, com piscinas naturais, excelente opção para as crianças. Amamos
