Mariana farm 2 - Heated pool, party room, football field

Mariana Ranch 2 is easily accessible by road and with great leisure area.

It features a heated pool 4x8mts and children's pool, with chairs and tables with umbrellas and grass soccer field.

Wide area with barbecue, freezer, stove 6 burners, large wooden table and stools, with a pool table.

In the house we have 04 large rooms, living room with TV with SKY, kitchen equipped with 2 stove 4 burners, refrigerator, microwave, blender and kitchen utensils.

For only family we are able to lower rent nightly 25 people and 80 people event.

To camps accommodate up to 60-70 people for overnight. We have space for worship hall and cafeteria.

IMPORTANT:
light and water bills included in price, as well as pool cleaning services;

It is charged Cleaning fee if the tenant does not deliver the clean farm in order.

We do not offer bed linen and bath. Personal hygiene and cleaning products such as detergent, disinfectant.

For realization of reserve required deposit of 50% and signing the Rental Agreement for Season + copy of ID and CPF.

Children from 2 years are counted as adult.

Sensacional, espetacular!

Chegamos na sexta-feira a tarde, de fácil localização, internet ótima, onde as pessoas que precisavam trabalhar conseguiram dar continuidade aos seus serviços, espaço bem amplo, e piscinas extremamente Limpas. Foi um final de semana incrível, minha família amou e pretendemos voltar. Taciel o caseiro super solicito, e Daliane anfitriã muito atenciosa, ficamos tranquilos e a vontade, gostamos demais. A piscina aquecida com certeza é um diferencial, amamos tudo. Foi surreal de bom.

Muitas camas disponíveis, caseiro muito atencioso às nossas necessidades, anfitriã muito prestativa e a piscina é o diferencial. Aquecimento excelente para quebrar o gelo da água e nos deixar a vontade para aproveitar independente do tempo.

Ótima!!

Eu e meus amigos nos hospedamos na Chacara Mariana 1 mas eu não encontrei o LINK aqui no Alugue Temporada para comentar. Primeiramente, desde o primeiro contato com a Daliane, fui extremamente bem atendido. A casa é extremamente espaçosa, equipada e confortável. Todos os cômodos são equipados com ventiladores excelentes, o freezer, geladeira e churrasqueira atendem tranquilamente, o campo de futebol com um tamanho ótimo. Deixei para o final do comentário a melhor parte: a piscina! O aquecimento da piscina é muito bom, deixando a pessoa muito a vontade para curtir um mergulho mesmo se estiver um pouco frio do lado de fora! Enfim, recomendo a todos que quanto quiserem passar alguns dias em um ambiente extremamente agradável e sendo extremamente bem atendido, que procurem a Daliane e suas chácaras. Obrigado!
