O zelador foi muito atencioso, a casa estava bem limpa e em ordem. Apenas os móveis e utensilios deixa um pouco a desejar, tudo muito velho.

bom em primeiro lugar quero dizer que fiquei com medo de ser golpe sabe como é internet né gente,mais não realmente o apartamento é muito bom ,grande tem todos os utensílios ,esta limpinho ,e o que mais gostei é que 19:00 da noite já não tem nem um barulho super tranquilo pra quem tem criança pequena ..Super recomendo o Dono Sr Adilson muito atencioso e os caseiros também..Vou voltar outras vezes com certeza Obs Indico colocar uma churrasqueira pequena na área de serviço que é grande . Lugar perfeito, porém a recepção péssima!

Me hospedei com minha família no feriado de carnaval de 2018, os apartamentos realmente são superconfortáveis, a piscina e as áreas ao redor são muito bem cuidadas, aproximadamente 10min fica a praia de Maranduba, perto também de cachoeiras, supermercados e farmácias, a praia é bem conservada e limpa. Porém, tivemos um transtorno na chegada, o zelador não queria nos atender em plena sexta-feira de carnaval as 23h (horário da nossa chegada), o portão foi aberto por outro hóspede e após muito bater na casa do zelador fomos atendidos aos berros (o mesmo dizia que não era hora de chegarmos), ele jogou as chaves em nossas mãos e ficamos mais uns 20min até descobrir quais eram os 2 apartamentos que havíamos locado. Como a primeira impressão é a que fica, não voltaria a me hospedar neste local, até que seja contratada uma pessoa adequada para o atendimento dos hospedes, afinal fomos em busca de paz, descanso e diversão independente do nosso horário de chegada.

Muito bem localizado e conservado - Recomendamos!

O chalé está super conservado, encontramos tudo limpinho e em ordem. O zelador do condominio super atencioso e o Sr. Adilson proprietario tambem! Muito bem localizado, perto de tudo inclusive da praia! Voltaremos em breve. att. Joyce
