Organizado, limpo, bonito e tranquilo.

Adorei o ambiente, totalmente familiar, sem bagunça, som alto ou pessoas mal educadas. Processo de check in tranquilo e fácil. É perto de praia grande e Itaguá, mas com crianças não dá pra ir a pé, apenas de carro (se forem apenas adultos é tranquilo, caminhada de 10 minutos já chega, mas com crianças tem toda uma logística que acompanha, daí não rola ir a pé). Levei 4 filhos, o mais novo com 5 anos, como o AP fica no 2º andar e não tem rede, achei um pouco perigoso, mas conversei com ele e avisei a todos para ficarem de olho, fechei as portas durante a noite, para que ele não tivesse acesso à sacada, enfim, tomei meus cuidados. Mas para quem tem crianças menores, teria que ter rede de segurança, ou isso ficar mais explícito no anúncio.

Lugar Maravilhoso

Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, bem equipado, condomínio lindo, área da piscina excelente, porteiros bem educados. Precisei trabalhar durante os 2 primeiros dias e não tive problemas em relação ao wi-fi, comércios próximos, a única coisa ruim foi ter que ir embora rs e com certeza pretendo voltar mais vezes.
