I rent new, modern and cozy apartment that I always receive my family and now I open it to receive your family !!!!!
Front Sea with 3 bedrooms, 3 parking spaces, CLIMATIZADO, complete kitchen, Gourmet Balcony, Swimming pool on the terrace deck and gourmet area on the roof, LED TVs in the bedrooms and living room, 1 suite and 1 more bathroom and a toilet, all in a Cozy modern neighborhood with everything around it !!!
The neighborhood of Itaguá houses the modern center of Ubatuba where the houses of the residents mix the inns, restaurants, pizzerias, Kiosk, ice cream shops, shopping, Aquarium and Still very close to the project TAMAR !!!!
From the apartment the large beach are only 950 meters !!!!!
The nightly attractions make it all walk from our apartment !!!!!
The schooner tours leave almost from the front of the apartment !!!!
The airport is 600 meters away and you can reach it by walking along the charming aquarium street that houses shops, cafes, pubs, ice cream shops and restaurants, all of which make the charm and magic of a small beach town become unforgettable!!!!!!
