Downtown Cookman Ave with award-winning restaurants and bars, Sunset Lake, The Stone Pony, Asbury Lanes, R Bar, Watermark, Silverball Pinball Museum, etc., are among many destinations within a 10 minute walk.

The space is a studio layout and located on the first floor of a two-family cottage. The private entrance opens to the living area consisting of a pull-out couch, coffee table and Smart TV. There is plenty of closet space with hangers, shelves, iron, and ironing board

The kitchen has quartz counter tops, new cabinets, electric cooktop, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, and Keurig with complimentary organic K cups and all the cooking supplies you will need.

The bathroom consists of a shower and washer/dryer.

There is a designated work area with desk, ergonomic chair and 1,000 mbps WiFi.
