Meticulously maintained 1 BR 1 Bath unit has everything you need for a great stay. Gleaming hardwood floors, two cable connected televisions, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender (a must for margaritas!), cook, and tableware. If you want to just stay in and make a gourmet meal, this kitchen has everything you need.

There is a spacious living area with lots of sunshine beaming through and it includes a pull-out couch perfect for overnight guests or a second couple. The bedroom is well appointed and has a king-sized bed and lots of closet space.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has quality appliances and utensils. The bedroom has a king sized bed with nice linens, and the bathroom is fully upgraded.
